Design, implement and manage network and system infrastructures
Perform evaluation, monitoring, administration and troubleshooting on networks and systems
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain security and efficiency
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures and changes
Provide IT technical support and training to end users
Support video and audio conference setup and operations
Requirements
Degree holder in IT-related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in IT infrastructure and Windows server administration
Good knowledge and experience in Windows AD infra, LAN switching, Firewall, VMWare and Microsoft 365
Certificate holder of CCNP / CCSP / CISSP is an advantage
Strong analytical mind, good sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for technological advancement
Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
