Lead IT teams fostering a culture of innovation and constant improvement.
Drive transformation and digital initiatives through IT technologies, including but not only artificial intelligence, to modernize and optimize infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency.
Formulate strategy and roadmap of cybersecurity management to safeguard information assets and protect against cyber and technology risks.
Develop, implement and maintain cybersecurity governance, policy, standards and procedures that align with industry standards, frameworks and good practices.
Act as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and success of technology projects.
Oversee the management of IT resources, including infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing the IT department of a sizable company preferably in a MNC environment.
Good business acumen to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
Proven experience as an IT leadership role, preferably in Hospitality, Manufacturing industry and General Insurance is an advantage.
Solid experience in driving digital and complex project transformation with proven track record to deliver impactful business results.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellence leadership and communication capabilities to manage and build up rapport with different stakeholders.
