Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that supports organizational business goals and enhances operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT teams fostering a culture of innovation and constant improvement.
  • Drive transformation and digital initiatives through IT technologies, including but not only artificial intelligence, to modernize and optimize infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Formulate strategy and roadmap of cybersecurity management to safeguard information assets and protect against cyber and technology risks.
  • Develop, implement and maintain cybersecurity governance, policy, standards and procedures that align with industry standards, frameworks and good practices.
  • Act as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and success of technology projects.
  • Oversee the management of IT resources, including infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing the IT department of a sizable company preferably in a MNC environment.
  • Good business acumen to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
  • Proven experience as an IT leadership role, preferably in Hospitality, Manufacturing industry and General Insurance is an advantage.
  • Solid experience in driving digital and complex project transformation with proven track record to deliver impactful business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellence leadership and communication capabilities to manage and build up rapport with different stakeholders.
